摘 要:低温等离子体再生法是一种新型的吸附材料再生方法,具有快速、高效等优势。运用管式单介质阻挡放电反应器产生的低温等离子体对吸附了苯的ZSM-5分子筛进行再生处理,考察了输入功率、放电时间、密闭放电时间对吸附材料再生效果的影响,同时记录并分析了放电过程中放电状态的变化。实验结果表明:随着输入功率提高,再生效果不断提高,当输入功率达到50 W、放电时间30 min时,吸附材料基本可以达到完全再生;考察了放电时间对再生效果的影响,研究发现将放电时间压缩到15 min,再生效率仍可达70.7%;一定程度的密闭放电操作有利于脱附效率的提高。The non-thermal plasma regeneration method,with the advantages of speediness and high efficiency,is a kind of new method for the regeneration ofadsorbents.In this paper,ZSM-5 molecular sieves which adsorbed some benzene were regenerated by non-thermal plasma which was produced by a single dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) tubular reactor.In this process,the impacts of input power,discharge time and closing discharge time on the regenerative effect for adsorbents were examined,and the change of discharge condition in the discharge process was also recorded and analyzed.The experiment results show that the regenerative effect enhances unceasingly with the increase of input power,and when the input power and discharge time reach 50 W and 30 min,respectively,the adsorbents can almost be completely regenerated.Furthermore,the regenerative effect for adsorbents could reach 70.7%,while the discharge time was compressed to 15 min.At last,it is proved that a certain degree of closing discharge operation was beneficial to the improvement of the desorption efficiency.
