摘　　要：目的研究男男性行为人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)艾滋病患者心理健康状况与性行为及其相关性,进一步改善MSM艾滋病患者生存环境和生活质量,为MSM人群艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法对MSM艾滋病患者进行横断面问卷调查,用Epidata3.1统计软件建立数据库并录入数据,用SPSS18.0统计软件对调查数据进行统计描述和分析。结果共调查400名MSM艾滋病患者,相关羞辱和歧视状况总分为(68±11.60),抑郁和焦虑的发生率分别为24.75%和13.00%。同时多性伴行为与年龄、担心公开、内在性权益歧视及焦虑相关。其不安全性行为与担心公开相关。结论 MSM艾滋病患者相关羞辱、歧视、抑郁和焦虑情况较为严重,并与性行为存在一定关联。因此,应在MSM艾滋病患者中开展反歧视干预,加强心理疏导,引导其性行为安全性的概率性改变。Objective To investigate the psychological health status and sexual behavior in the HIV - infected men who have sex with men （ MSM）, improve the living environment and quality of the HIV - infected MSM and provide evidence for the MSM intervention. Methods The HIV - infected MSM were investigated through the cross - sectional survey, and the data were collected by Epidata 3.1 and analyzed by software SPSS 18.0. Results There were 400 MSM cases investigated in this study. The mean score of stigma and discrimination was 68 ＋ 11.60. The percentage of depression symptom was 24. 75%, and the percentage of anxiety symptom was 13. 00%. The factors associated with the multiple sexual partners were age, disclosure concerns, self - discrimination of sexual rights and anxiety status. The factor associated with using condom persistently was disclosure concerns. Conclusion The stigma and discrimination, depression and anxiety presented in HIV -infeeted MSM frequently and serious- ly, while it was associated with psychological health status and sexual behavior. Therefore, discrimination - elimina- ting projects should be earried out in HIV -infeeted MSM, and psychological intervention should also be strengthened to promote MSM to conduct healthy sexual behavior.
