抗菌缝线在预防剖宫产术后切口感染和产褥感染的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究在剖宫产术中应用抗菌薇乔缝线以减少切口感染和产褥感染的效果。方法 5 267例剖宫产术患者随机分为抗菌薇乔缝线组(为观察组)和薇乔缝线组(为对照组),比较其切口感染及产褥感染发生率。结果观察组与对照组平均年龄分别为29±7岁、30±4岁,胎膜早破分别为8.00%、7.95%,糖尿病分别为6.97%、7.04%,高血压分别为10.04%、10.00%,肝内胆汁淤积症分别为1.06%、1.03%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后观察组与对照组切口感染率分别为0.15%、1.79%,产褥感染率分别为0.72%、6.89%,两组切口感染率与产褥感染率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产术中使用抗菌薇乔缝线可以显著降低切口感染率及产褥感染率。Objective The aim of this study is investigating the effect of application of the Coated Vicryl Plus An- tibacterial suture to reduce the incisional infection and puerperal infection after cesarean delivery. Methods The 5 267 patients of cesarean delivery were randomly divided into the treatment group, namely Coated Vicryl Plus Antibacterial Suture group and the control group. Then the incidences of incisional infection and puerperal in- fection from both treatment group and control group were compared. Results The mean age of treatment group and control group were 29 （22 to 36） years old and 30 （26 to 34） years old respectively. The prevalence rates of premature rupture of membranes of treatment group and control group were 8.00% and 7.95% respectively. The prevalence rates of diabetes of two groups were 6.97% and 7.04% respectively. The prevalence rates of hypertension of two groups were 10. 04 and 10. 00% respectively. And the prevalence rates of intrahepatic cho- lestasis of two groups were 1.06% and 1.03%. There was no significant difference of factors above （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The prevalence of incisional infection and puerperal infection in the Coated Vicryl Plus Antibacterial su- ture group was significantly lower than that of the Coated Vicryl suture group, with a significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The Coated Vicryl Plus Antibacterial Suture can reduce incisional infection and puerperal infection after cesarean delivery significantly.
