摘  要:为探究金银花的最适生长盐度,该文以连云港云台山风景管理处金银花为材料,研究不同盐度的海水(0、0.15%、0.3%、0.45%、0.6%)对其光合特性的影响。用Yaxin-1102便携式光合蒸腾仪隔天测量净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、细胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)、气孔限制值(Ls)、水分利用率(WUE)。结果表明:低盐(0.15%)胁迫下,金银花气孔限制值下降,净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、细胞间CO_2浓度和水分利用率升高;中盐(0.3%)胁迫下,各指标与对照无显著差异;高盐(0.45%、0.6%)胁迫下,金银花净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、水分利用率呈直线型下降,细胞间CO_2浓度先降低后升高,气孔限制值先升高后降低。处理前期细胞间CO_2浓度降低,气孔导度降低,说明净光合速率下降的主要原因是气孔因素,后期细胞间CO_2浓度升高,气孔导度降低,说明此时净光合速率下降的主要原因转变为非气孔因素。在实验设计的5个盐度下,含盐量0.15%时,净光合速率最大。In order to explore the optimum growth salinity of honeysuckle, we choose the honeysuckle of Lianyungang Yuntai Mountain as the experimental materials. We design different salinity of seawater (0%, 0.15%, 0.3%, 0.45%, 0.6%)to explore effect on photosynthetic characteristics. We measure the netphotosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), transpirati-on rate (Tr), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), stomatal limitation value (Ls), water use efficiency (WUE)by Yaxin-1102 portable photosynthesis. The results showed that: under low salt stress (0.15%), Pn, Gs, Tr, Ci and WUE was enhanced while stomatal limitation value was reduced;Under medium salt stress (0.3%), honeysuckle photosynthetic characteristics index had no significant difference with the control;Under the high salt stress (0.45%, 0.6%), Pn, Gs, Tr and WUE was reduced. The photosynthesis of honeysuckle was inhibited. What is more, the greater the salinity, the more obvious inhibition. The main reason for the decline of photosynthetic rate in the early stage of treatment was stomatal factor. Later, it was changed into non stom-atal factors. It is concluded that the honeysuckle has a certain salt tolerance. Under the salt content of 0.15%, the value of net photosynthetic rate was max.
