摘  要:针对普通吸污车仅能抽吸下水道流动的污水、液态的污泥而不能抽吸板结的生活垃圾、油块等难题,设计了一种污泥提升装置,通过无杆螺旋叶片的破碎功能,把井口下水道淤积的块状垃圾绞碎;通过螺旋叶片的的输送特性,把绞碎的垃圾输送到吸污管道内;同时通过真空泵的抽真空功能,可连续不断地把下水道的污泥等垃圾抽到污水罐内,提高了吸污车的抽吸效率,经济效益显著提高。The normal combined suction sewage truck only has the function of sewer flowing sewage and liquid sludge suction, but it can't pump the compacted garbage and oil block. Therefore, we designed a sludge improvement device. Through rod-less helical blade mixing, the brick rubbish deposited in the well sewer is minced. Through the helical blade transportation, the minced garbage is delivered into the suction pipe. At the same time, through the vacuum-pumping, the sludge in the sewer could be continually pumped into the sewage tanker. This improved the suction efficiency of the suction sewage truck and the economic efficiency is also improved significantly.
