摘　　要：按照JCI标准,医院领导层需建立一个全院伦理管理框架,确保全院在符合法律法规、业务、财务、道德及法律规范的情况下提供医疗服务,同时保护患者及维护其权利。伦理框架主要处理医院运营、业务以及临床服务中的伦理问题。医院按照JCI标准进行伦理管理,并充分发挥伦理委员会的作用,有助于提高医院管理的整体水平,解决医疗工作中的伦理难题,缓解日益紧张的医患关系。According to JCI standards,hospital leadership need to establish a framework for ethical management to ensure that patient care is provided within business,financial,ethical,and legal norms and protects patients and their rights. Ethical framework mainly deals with ethical issues in hospital operations, business and clinical services.Hssospital ethics management should be carried out according to JCI standards and needs the help of the hospital Ethics Committee and it helps to improve the overall level of hospital management and solve ethical problems in medical work,and ease the increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship.
