摘　　要：回顾、总结和分析了2016年中国天然气市场发展的主要指标和特点,包括探明地质储量继续高峰增长,产量连续第3年滞涨;管道基础设施建设再获新进展,年LNG进口能力超5 000×10~4t;天然气进口量剧增,进口依存度创35%的历史新高;工业用气需求复苏,推动天然气消费强劲反弹;天然气价格改革继续深入,市场化定价开始试水;天然气体制机制改革有序推进,管道运输体制改革渐行渐近。预计2017年中国天然气市场在天然气发展利好政策的刺激下,将再现2013年前供需两旺的发展态势,供需基本面宽松,价格灵活性增大,天然气体制改革方案见分晓。The paper reviewed, summarized and analyzed the main indexes and features of China's natural gas market's development in 2016. For example, the proved geological reserves remained its peak growth and its production realized a peak in its continuous 3 years' increase; the construction of pipeline infrastructures reached new progress and the annual LNG import capacity exceeded 5 000×104t; import volume of natural gas increased sharply and dependence on import made a new record 35 %; demands for gas for industrial use recovered and it promoted natural gas consumption strongly; natural gas price reform was further deepened and market-oriented pricing came into test; the reform of natural gas mechanism was carried out orderly and reform of pipeline transportation mechanism went near gradually. It is anticipated in 2017 that under the stimulation of good policies for natural gas development in China's natural gas market, the development tendency with strong demands and supply like before 2013 will emerge again, the supply and demand fundamentals will become loose, the price will become more flexible and the reform of natural gas mechanism will show its effects.
