摘　　要：通过问卷方式调查了海南省五所高校图书馆义务馆员组织管理模式的实践状况,重点针对图书馆义务馆员"共管式"与"自治式"两种基本组织管理模式进行分析研究,并根据海南省高校图书馆的现状和读者服务的实际要求,提出了建设读者服务联盟的策略,以期进一步完善义务馆员组织管理模式。This article, through a questionnaire survey, investigates the practice situation of organizational management mode of voluntary librarian in 5 university libraries of Hainan province. It studies on the two basic management modes that are focused on ＂co-management＂ and ＂self-management＂ and puts forward some strategies according to actual requirement on reader service to further improve the organizational management mode of the voluntary librarian.
