摘　　要：详细介绍了我国部分公共图书馆对发端于西方国家大学图书馆的PDA模式进行大量且富有成效的本土化实践创新,如,拓展其概念内涵与外延,拓宽其实施模式与平台;同时,就有待解决好制约其实施的用户决策局限性、经费约束性、影响馆藏结构均衡性等共性问题和可持续发展的挑战、馆藏空心化等问题进行了论述。最后,提出了大力推进我国公共图书馆PDA项目创新实践的主要对策。Some domestic public libraries have carried out a large number of effective indigenous practice innovation on PDA that originated from the Western National University Library. The practice innovation significantly expanded the connotation and extension of PDA and enriched as well as broadened the implementation model and platform of PDA. This article discusses the restricting factors of PDA implement such as user decision-making, budget constrains, the balance of the collection structure, the challenge of sustainable development, etc.
