以冬奥会为契机审视我国冰雪运动的发展现状

摘　　要：以中国成功申办冬奥会为契机,梳理了冰雪运动在我国呈现的地域发展不平衡的现状,从自然条件和社会支持两方面分析了制约冰雪运动发展的因素,并针对存在的问题给出建议:拓宽资金来源渠道;平战结合,完善冰雪场馆建设;实施人才可持续发展战略;建立科学管理机制;完善安全保障系统;促进冰雪体育产业化发展;发挥申奥成功对冰雪产业的带动作用,为实现3亿人参与冰雪运动的目标打下良好基础.Taking the opportunity of China＇s successful application for the hosting of Winter Olympics,we are locating the problems that are the barriers of winter sports development in social support and natural environment,among which regionally unbalanced development is the biggest.Suggestions are put forward in accordance with problems mentioned including：more capital sources flowing in,combination of home use and international events use,perfection the building of ice venues,making talents develop in sustainable way,establishing scientific management,improving safety guarantee system,promoting the winter sports industrialized.In a word,the influences from success in application for hosting Winter Olympics on winter sports should be received and fully used.By doing so,we can build a solid foundation for 300 million people participating in the winter sports.
