摘　　要：探讨醋酸纤网均匀性的表征及测定方法,通过数字图像处理获取醋酸纤网中不同区域内的纤维覆盖面积,求取纤维覆盖率,建立其与纤网均匀性的关系以表征醋酸纤网的均匀性。首先,将醋酸丝束充分展开形成醋酸纤网,并利用扫描仪采集醋酸纤网图像;其次,提取纤维边缘,将目标和背景分离;最后,通过区域划分计算目标在各区域的覆盖率的CV值,对纤维分布均匀性进行表征。结果表明,此方法计算得到的醋酸纤网均匀性与人工测评结果具有较高的一致性。在醋酸纤网生产工艺控制监测中,可利用纤维覆盖率来表征醋酸纤网中纤维分布的均匀性。The characterization and determination method of the uniformity of acetate fiber webs were discussed. The fibers＇ covering area of different areas in acetate fiber webs was obtained by the digital image process, and the coverage rate of fibers was calculated. Then the relationship between the coverage rate of fibers and the uniformity of fiber webs was established to charactirize the uniformity of acetate fiber webs. First, the acetate tow was fully spread out, and a scanner was used to collect the images of the fiber webs. Then, the edge of fiber was extracted to separate the target and the background. Finally, the CV value of coverage rates of fibers in different areas was calculated to characterize the uniformity of fibers＇ distribution. The results showed that there was a high consistency between the calculated result by this method and the artificial evaluation. In the production process control testing of acetate fiber webs, the coverage rate of fibers could be utilized to characterize the uniformity of fibers＇ distribution in acetate fiber webs.
