摘 要:为研究球形天线球面材料所需具备的力学性能,在标准试验室环境中对TPU涂层高强涤纶机织布进行单向拉伸、抗撕裂及顶破等力学性能测试,并测试2种拼接方式对球形天线球面材料单向拉伸性能的影响,以及TPU涂层高强涤纶机织布经质量分数皆为20%的盐酸和氢氧化钠溶液腐蚀后的单向拉伸性能。结果表明:TPU涂层高强涤纶机织布经向拉伸断裂强力大于纬向;曲面拼接的球形天线球面材料的拉伸断裂强力大于平面拼接的球形天线球面材料;TPU涂层高强涤纶机织布耐碱蚀性能优于耐酸蚀性能。In order to study required mechanical properties of spherical materials in the spherical antenna,the mechanical properties, such as the one-way tension, the tearing resistance and the bursting, of the TPU coated high-strength polyester woven fabric were tested, two stitching methods affecting the one-way tensile properties of spherical materials in the spherical antenna were studied, and the one-way tensile properties of the TPU coated high-strength polyester woven fabric after corro- sion with 20% (w. t. ) hydrochloric acid solution and sodium hydroxide solution were tested in the standard laboratory environment. The results showed that, the tensile breaking strength in the warp direction of the TPU coated high-strength polyester woven fabric was greater than that in the weft di- rection, the tensile breaking strength of spherical materials in the spherical antenna by curve surface stitching was greater than that by plane stitching, and the ability of alkali corrosion resistance of the TPU coated high-strength polyester woven fabric was superior to that of the acid corrosion resistance.
