中医时间医学在月经病中的应用

摘　　要：中药调周法是中医时间医学在妇科领域中的应用体现,它根据月经节律中气血阴阳消长变化的生理特点,在月经周期的各个阶段,辨病、辨证结合施治,使月经节律恢复正常,符合中医时间医学强调的"整体观""节律性"和"因时治宜"等原则。在治疗月经紊乱、不孕不育、痛经、月经量少、月经量多等方面有重要的指导意义,需不断探索和研究。The TCM treatment by regulating menstrual cycle is application of TCM Chronomedicine Theory into the treatment of Menstruation diseases. Based on the waxing and waning of women＇s Qi and Blood as well Yin and Yang reaction laws during the menstrual cycle, during the different stage of the cycle, with disease differentiation and syndrome dieedrentiation, treatment is car- ried out to create a desired menstrual cycle. The treatment is in line with the TCM principle of ＂ holistie concept＂,＂ rhythm con- cept＂ and ＂taking measures according to time opportunity＂. Therefore, the treatment by regulating menstrual cycle is of great guid- ing significance in treatment of menstrual disorders, infertility, dysmenorrhea, large or small menstrual flow and other diseases and need further exploration and research.
