穴位注射治疗脑损伤合并视力障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位注射治疗脑损伤合并视力障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取颅脑损伤合并视力障碍患者72例,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用神经管减压术方法,试验组在对照组基础上采用穴位注射的方法。观察两组患者治疗后视力恢复情况、血浆皮质醇含量,以及介入治疗时间对患者后期视力恢复的影响。结果:试验组治疗后视力为0.5以上者19例,对照组8例,试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者血浆皮质醇含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);同时结果表明,越早介入治疗,对患者视力恢复的影响就越明显。结论:穴位注射治疗脑损伤合并视力障碍的疗效明显优于常规眼部训练。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of acupoint injection combined with ocular exercise in the treatment of brain injury with visual impairment. Methods： Seventy-two patients with craniocerebral injury and visual impairment were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with routine therapy and the experimental group was treated with acupoint injection combined with ocular exercise training. The recovery of visual acuity,the content of plasma cortisol and the effect of intervention time on the recovery of visual acuity in the two groups were observed. Results： the visual acuity of 19 cases in the experimental group was 0. 5 and above,while that was 8 cases in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of plasma cortisol in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The results also show that the sooner the intervention the more obvious the impact of recovery on patients. Conclusion： Acupoint injection combined with ocular exercise in treatment of brain injury with visual impairment is significantly better than conventional eye training.
