陆为民运用乌梅丸临床经验浅析

摘　　要：乌梅丸出自《伤寒论》,为厥阴病篇众方之首。临床上常用于治疗"蛔厥"及"久利不止"。在现代临床中亦应用于各个学科,尤以慢性胃炎、慢性肠炎等脾胃科疾病多见。笔者在跟师抄方学习中,多次观察到老师应用乌梅丸屡获良效,故试从老师用药配伍、方证对应及厥阴病欲解时等三个方面浅析老师应用之原理,与同道交流。The ehony pill is comes from Treatise on Febrile Diseases, is the best of all prescriptions in Jue yin disease. Clinically, ebony pill is usually used to treat ＂colic caused by ascaris＂ and ＂continuous abdominal pain and alvi profluvium＂. In modern clinical application, the ebony pill is used in various disciplines, espeeially ehronie gastritis, chronic enteritis and other diseases of spleen and stomach. When learning with my teacher by copying out the preseriptions, I observed that my teacher used the ebony pill with good results more than once, thus 1 tried to analyze my teacher＇ s application principles through the compatibility of drugs, prescriptions corresponding to syndromes and Jueyin disease for the corresponding solution times, and communicate with kindred spirits.
