浅针治疗围绝经期失眠症的对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察浅针治疗围绝经期失眠症的临床疗效和睡眠改善情况。方法将60例患者随机分为浅针组和体针组,每组30例,浅针组使用浅针手法刺激山根、额中、镇静、定神、印堂,体针组使用体针疗法刺激神门、内关、百会、安眠,两组均每日治疗1次,共治疗10次,分别于治疗前后以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评定睡眠状况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后PSQI评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组PSQI评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后疗效评定比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用浅针治疗围绝经期失眠症可以和体针发挥一样的疗效,且浅针无创伤、无痛苦、无不良作用,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and the improvement situation of sleeping of shallow needling in the treatment of peri-menopausal insomnia. Methods 60 cases of peri-menopausal patients with insomnia were randomly divided into shallow needling group （30 cases） and body acupuncture group （30 cases）. The shallow needling group used the shallow needling therapy to stimulate the extra- point Shangen, Ezhong, Zhengjing, Dingshen and Yingtang （EX-HN3）. Body acupuncture group applied the body acupuncture therapy to stimulate body points Shenmen （HT7）, N eiguan （Pe6）, Baihu （Gv20）, Yiming （EX-HN14）. The two groups were treated once a week for 10 times. The evaluation of sleeping situation of the two groups of patients was done by observing the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） before and after treatment, and the clinical effect of two groups was compared. Results The PSQI score after treatment within the same group before treatment was compared, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. The PSQI score of the treatment group was compared with the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The difference on evaluation of therapeutic effects of two groups after treatment was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of shallow needling in the treatment of peri-menopause insomnia can play the same effect as body acupuncture. The shallow needling has no trauma, no pain and no adverse effect, and it is worthy of clinical use.
