摘 要:用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵改性钠基蒙脱土(MMT),以聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)为软段,4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯/1,4-丁二醇为硬段,采用两步原位聚合法制备了插层型有机蒙脱土(OMMT)/PCDL型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(PCU)复合材料,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和X射线衍射法表征了OMMT和复合材料,并考察了OMMT含量对复合材料耐热性能、结晶性能及物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,OMMT层间距由MMT的1.217 nm扩大到1.856 nm,复合材料的层间距扩大至3.425 nm;复合材料的耐热性能、结晶性能和物理机械性能均优于纯PCU,当OMMT质量分数为1%时,复合材料的耐热性能最佳;当OMMT质量分数为3%时,复合材料的结晶性能和物理机械性能最佳。Na-montmorillonite(MMT) was organi- cally modified with cetyltrimethyl ammonium bro- mide, and intercalated organic montmorillonite (OMMT)/polycarbonate diol (PCDL) type thermo- plastic polyurethane elastomer ( PCU ) composites were prepared with PCDL as soft segment, 4,4'-di- phenylmethane diisocyanate and 1,4-butane diol as hard segment by two-step in-situ polymerization. OMMT and the composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction, and the effects of OMMT amount on the heat resistance, crystallization and mechanical prop- erties of the composites were investigated. The re- sults showed that the interlayer spacing of OMMT was enlarged from 1. 217 nm of MMT to 1. 856 nm, and the interlayer spacing of the composites was fur- ther enlarged to 3. 425 nm. The heat resistance, crystallization and mechanical properties of the com- posites were better than those of pure PCU. When mass fraction of OMMT was 1% , the composites had the best heat resistance, and the composites had the best crystallinity and mechanical properties when mass fraction of OMMT increased to 3%.
