摘  要:以红磷与氢氧化镁并用为阻燃剂、炭黑与白炭黑并用为增强剂、癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)为增塑剂,制备了低烟无卤阻燃丁腈橡胶(NBR),考察了DOS用量、氢氧化镁品种、红磷/氢氧化镁(质量比)、增强剂用量对NBR脆性温度、物理机械性能及阻燃性能的影响,并按照优化配方进行了工业化生产。结果表明,当DOS用量为10份,红磷/氢氧化镁(牌号FR 06 B)为10.0/90.0,炭黑与白炭黑用量分别为25,20份时,可以制得满足机车用耐油橡胶软管技术条件要求的低烟无卤阻燃NBR产品,其邵尔A硬度、氧指数、烟密度分别为65、29.4%、223,垂直燃烧等级可达到V 1级。The low smoke halogen-free flame- retardant nitrile rubber (NBR) was prepared with red phosphorus and magnesium hydroxide as flame retardant, carbon black and silica as reinforcer, di- octyl sebacate (DOS) as plasticizer, the effects of DOS amount, type of magnesium hydrate, mass ratio of red phosphorus to magnesium hydrate and amount of reinforcer on brittle temperature, mechanical properties and flame retardancy of NBR were investi- gated, and the industrial production was carried out according to optimized formula. The results showed that when DOS was 10 phr, mass ratio of red phosphorus to magnesium hydrate (brand FR 06 B) was 10. 0/90. 0, amount of carbon black and silica was 25 phr and 20 phr respectively, the performance of the low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant NBR could meet the need of the technical conditions of oil resistance rubber tube used in haulage motor, the Shore A hardness, oxygen index and smoke density were 65, 29.4% and 223 respectively, and the ver- tical burning level could reach V 1 grade.
