摘 要:分别以溴化对-特辛基酚醛树脂和硫黄作为氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)的硫化剂,考察了2种硫化体系对CIIR硫化胶阻尼性能和耐老化性能的影响。结果表明,树脂硫化CIIR的损耗因子峰值较硫黄硫化CIIR向高温方向偏移,树脂与CIIR具有良好的相容性;常温下树脂硫化CIIR相比硫黄硫化CIIR偏硬,扯断伸长率偏低,撕裂强度略差;树脂硫化CIIR的耐老化性能优于硫黄硫化CIIR,其于150℃老化100 h后的拉伸强度可达12.5 MPa。With brominated p-tert-oetyl phenolic resin and sulfur as vulcanizing agent separately, the effects of two kinds of vulcanizing agents on damping properties and aging resistance of chloride butyl ru- bber (CIIR) vulcanizates were investigated. The results showed that the peak value of loss factor of CIIR vulcanizates with resin moved toward higher temperature compared with that of CIIR with sulfur. Resin had good compatibility with CIIR. Compared with CIIR vuleanizates with sulfur, CIIR vulcanizates with resin presented harder handness, lower elongation at break and tear strength under room temperature. The aging resistance of CIIR vulcani- zates with resin was better than that of CIIR vulcani- zates with sulfur, and the tensile strength reached 12.5 MPa after aging at 150 ℃ for 100 h.
