健康赋权理论在社区老年代谢综合征患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用健康赋权理论对老年代谢综合征患者进行护理的效果。方法:选取2015年2月至2016年2月期间我社区收治的老年代谢综合征患者136例,根据患者给予的护理干预措施的不同,将其分为研究组(给予健康赋权理论指导下的护理干预)和对照组(给予常规的护理干预)。对2组患者干预后的收缩压、舒张压、腹围、空腹血糖等指标以及患者的健康达标率、不良饮食纠正率、心血管并发症发生率等指标进行观察和比较。结果:研究组患者的收缩压、舒张压、腹围、空腹血糖、心血管并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);研究组患者的健康达标率和不良饮食纠正率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在临床针对社区老年代谢综合征患者实施护理的过程中,采用健康赋权理论可以显著改善患者临床指标,提升患者的临床综合疗效,是护理实践的理想选择方式之一。Objective: To explore the efficacy of Health Empowerment Theory in the nursing of elderly patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods: From February 2015 to February 2016,136 elderly patients with metabolic syndrome treated in our community were divided into research group( given nursing intervention under the guidance of Health Empowerment Theory)and control group( given routine nursing intervention). Indexes such as DBP,SBP,abdominal circumference,fasting blood glucose,and health standard-reaching rate,correction rate of unhealthy diet,and the incidence of cardiovascular complications were observed and compared after intervention. Results: The observation group showed lower DBP, SBP, abdominal circumference,fasting blood glucose,and the incidence of cardiovascular complications than the control group( P < 0. 05 or P <0. 01),while the health standard-reaching rate and correction rate of unhealthy diet were higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The application of Health Empowerment Theory in the nursing of elderly patients with metabolic syndrome in community can significantly improve their clinical indicators,enhance curative effect. Therefore,it is one of the ideal methods for the nursing of these patients.
