汽车零配件进口物流业务流程优化——以A企业为例

摘　　要：文中首先分析了国内某大型物流服务提供商汽车零配件进口物流运作现状,发现企业在物流运作中存在信息传递效率低、业务流程结构不合理等问题,导致企业物流运作周期过长;在此基础上,文中构建了该企业物流业务流程Petri网模型,分析了企业业务流程内部活动关系;最后对企业业务流程进行了优化。Regarding a large domestics logistics service provider, this paper first analyzes its auto parts imports logistics process,it is found problems including the low efficient in information transmission and irrational business process structure. On this basis,this paper formulates a Petri net model to find the key process and optimize them afterwards. Several proposals in the end are given to improve the company’s business process.
