摘  要:当前汽车零部件的快节奏生产装配,带动了厂商寻求对零部件快速检测方法的需求,轿车轮毂罩产品面温控形变快速扫描方法区别于以往三坐标测量的方法,通过无臂手持式3D扫描仪——Metra SCAN3D设备,能够快速高效地采集产品面的三维数据,具体步骤为产品工装、设备校准、产品面贴点、产品面数据采集、投入温控环境箱形变实验、形变后产品面数据采集、数据处理、做出偏差对比报告。报告中可以直观地显示产品形变区域及形变量。Nowadays, the rapid production and a ssembly of auto parts drives the n eed for fast d etect ion methods. The temperature deformation method of car hubcap product surface is different from the former three coordinate measuring methods. It uses the handheld 3D Scanner-MetraSCAN3D, which can fast and efficiently collect the three dimensional data of the product surface. And the speci f ic steps include products tooling, equipments calibration, point on the surface, data collection, deformation experiments in the temperature control box, data collection after deformation, data processing, and the bias contrast reports. Therefore, the deformation domains and reductions can be easily found in the reports.
