摘 要:对电火花线切割加工过程中钼丝的振动现象进行研究分析,结合ANSYS Workbench软件进行有限元模态分析、流固耦合分析,仿真电火花线切割加工过程,运用单一变量法分析电极丝的长度、直径、张力对其固有频率的影响,钼丝的长度、直径、脉冲放电大小、脉冲宽度、加工厚度等因素对电极丝横向振动的影响,通过数学建模得到电极丝的自由振动和强迫振动的振动方程以及横向振动位移函数,对抑制电极丝振动与提高工件的加工质量具有一定的理论指导性意义。This Paper researches on vibration phenomenon of molybdenum wire in the process of WEDM. Finite element modal analysis and fluid-structure interaction analysis are analyzed and the machining process of WEDM is simulated based on ANSYS Workbench software. The single variable method is used to inspect the effect on the natural frequency of electrode wire from the three influence factors, including length, diameter and axial tension, and research the effect on the transverse vibration of electrode wire from the five influence factors, including length, diameter, discharge, pulse width and processing thickness. The vibration equations of free vibration and forced vibration of electrode wire as well as the displacement function of transverse vibration are obtained according to mathematics modeling. This research provides reference for reducing the wire vibration and improving the machining quality of the workpiece.
