摘　　要：建立了机载计算机自然对流散热板换热时的物理模型,根据传热学基本理论知识,结合机载计算机散热板自身的特点,运用理论分析的方法对机载计算机散热板的各个结构参数进行了分析。分析出散热板各个结构参数对散热板综合性能的影响规律,并结合加工工艺对工程设计提供了设计指导。This paper establishes the physical model of natural convection on cooling plate for airborne computer. A parametric study on the structure of cooling plate for airborne computer is performed using theoretical analysis under condition of airborne environment. The effect of each structure parameter on comprehensive performance of cooling plate is obtained. Several guidelines for engineering design are provided in consideration of processing technology.
