摘 要:基于GC-FID/MSD对LTAG工艺开工调试过程中的催化裂化柴油及其加氢生成油进行详细的分子组成表征,通过质谱图解析、NIST谱库检索、沸点规律及保留时间文献对照等,结合内标法实现该催化柴油及其加氢生成油中的萘类、菲类和蒽类等多环芳烃以及四氢萘、八氢菲和八氢蒽等环烷基单环芳烃的分子定性和半定量分析。结果表明,催化柴油及其加氢生成油中C0~C3-萘类和C0~C3-菲/蒽类化合物的分布变化可直观反映LTAG技术加氢单元实现了多环芳烃的高效加氢转化,而四氢萘、八氢菲和八氢蒽等环烷基单环芳烃的分布变化则直观体现出LTAG技术加氢单元实现了对多环芳烃加氢转化深度的有效控制,这将利于催化裂解单元多产高辛烷值汽油和轻芳烃产品。Light cycle oil (LCO) and hydrotreated light cycle oil derived from trial operation of LTAG technology (LCO to aromatics and gasoline) were characterized by GC-FID/MS. Qualitative and semi-quantitative analyses were carried out for polycyclic aromatics (PAHs) such as naphthalenes, phenanthrenes, anthracenes and naphthenic monoaromatics such as tetralins, octahydrophenanthrenes and octahydroanthracenes by mass spectra interpretation, NIST spectra library searching, the boiling point distribution law, retention index matching and internal standard calibration. The composition and distribution changes of C0-C3-naphthalenes and C0-C3 -phenanthrenes/ anthracenes showed that PAHs were hydro-converted efficiently in the hydrotreating process of the LTAG technology. Moreover, the hydroconversion depth of the process can be evaluated by the composition of naphthenic monoaromatics such as tetralins, octahydrophenanthrenes and octahydroanthracenes, which indicated that the hydrogenation reaction of PAHs in the process could be selectively controlled to attain greater quantities of naphthenic monoaromatics other than naphthenes, since the formers were better for FCC to produce high octane number gasoline and light aromatics.
