摘  要:通过离子交换法制备了一系列钠交换Amberlyst 15树脂催化剂(Na/A15),在固定床反应器上,液相条件下反应,考察了钠交换率、反应工艺条件以及原料组成对异丁烯在Na/A15上叠合性能的影响。结果表明,随着钠交换率的提高,异丁烯转化率逐渐降低,二聚产物的选择性迅速升高,异丁烯转化率与催化剂上酸中心的数量呈线性关系。提高反应温度,不同钠交换率的树脂催化剂上的异丁烯转化率升高,二聚选择性降低,较高的钠交换率使树脂上二聚产物的选择性随温度的变化幅度降低。30~50℃,钠交换率为47%的Na/A15(47Na/A15)上二聚产物的选择性保持在93%以上。提高空速,二聚产物的选择性增加,异丁烯转化率降低。反应压力对异丁烯二聚性能没有明显影响。与A15相比,47Na/A15对不同组成的原料具有更好的适应性。A series of sodium exchanged Amberlyst 15 catalysts (Na/A15) were prepared through the ion-exchange method. The dimerization performances of isobutene over Na/A15 catalysts with different Na exchange extents were evaluated in a fixed bed reactor under the liquid phase. Furthermore, the effects of the reaction conditions and feed components on the dimerization performances of isobutene on Na/A15 were also studied. Experimental results indicated that isobutene conversion decreased and dimerization products (C8 olefin) selectivity sharply increased with Na exchange rate of Al5. Moreover, the isobutene conversion was linearly related to the total acidity of catalyst, while the C8 selectivity was nonlinear. As reaction temperature raised, the isobutene conversion increased and the C8 selectivity on Na/A15 decreased with various Na exchange rates. The change extent of C8 selectivity with temperature on Na/A15 decreased with higher sodium exchange ratio. As the reaction temperature varies from 30℃ to 50℃, the C8 selectivity was always over 93% on Na/A15 with 47% Na exchange rate (47Na/A15). The C8 selectivity over Na/A15 increased and the isobutene conversion decreased with space velocity, while dimerization performance of A15 was changed with space velocity to smaller extent. However, the C8 selectivity and the isobutene conversion over Na/A15 changed little with pressure. In addition, the 47Na/A15 possessed good flexibility for the feed component.
