摘 要:人们收入水平和消费能力的提高,旅游消费观念也悄然发生了变化,越来越多的游客已经不只囿于旅游过程中对自然和人文景观的欣赏,而对旅游目的地的美食品尝成为了出游的重要动机之一."武汉城市圈"地方美食原料种类全、数量多、资源丰富,风味特点鲜明,美食文化历史悠久、民间传说众多,充分挖掘和发展美食文化旅游,开发文化美食、生态休闲美食、健康美食等相关旅游产品将成为其旅游经济发展的新的增长点,希冀以此为"武汉城市圈"旅游业的发展提供借鉴和参考.With the improvement of people,s tourism consumption ability and the rapid development of tourism economy, as well as the change of people's consumption concept, more and more people are not only satisfied withthe scenic spots in the process of tourism. The role of food in the tourism is not only a full belly, it has become major bright spot in the tourism activities. Local delicacies of Wuhan city circle are of complete raw materials, olarge quantities, of abundant resources, and of distinct special flavour. Furthermore, the food culture is of a lonhistory and of numerous folklores. In future, much attention should be paid to the excavation and the developmenof the food culture tourism, to develop related tourism products as cultural food, ecofallow food, healthy food, etc
