摘  要:采用CO、H_2对高铝铁矿焙烧球团在高温同步热分析仪(NETZSCH STA 409C/CD)中进行非等温还原.结果表明:焙烧球团经CO还原后,随着设定温度由1 273 K升高到1 473 K,最终还原度由32.21%仅增加到46.78%;而经H_2还原后,随着设定温度由1 273 K升高到1 573 K,最终还原度由81.93%增加到100%.在纯氢气还原条件下,高铝铁矿焙烧球团中的铁氧化物是可以被彻底还原的.Non - isothermal reduction for roasted pellets of high alumina iron ore through a high temperature synchronized thermal analyzer ( NETZSCH STA 409C/CD) was conducted with CO and H2. The results showed that when the roasted pellet is reduced by CO, with the temperature increasing from 1 273 K to 1 473 K, the final reduction degree rises from 32. 21% to 46. 78% . While it is reduced by hydrogen, with the temperature increasing from 1 273 K to 1 573 K, the final reduction degree rises from 81. 93% to 100% . It suggests that the iron ore can completely be reduced to metallic iron by hydrogen.
