摘 要:以某轧钢厂酸洗液的中和渣为原料,采用水热法制备硫酸钙晶须,利用XRD、SEM、EDS等手段对晶须产品进行了表征,系统研究了硫酸铁对硫酸钙晶须形貌的影响机理。结果表明,铁离子对硫酸钙晶须生长有不利影响,在利用水热法制备晶须时,Fe^(3+)主要以Fe(OH)_3形式存在,通过吸附在硫酸钙晶须的(111)晶面上,降低了晶须的表面能并限制该晶面的生长速率。此外,溶液中SO_4^(2-)可产生同离子效应,进而抑制二水硫酸钙溶解反应的进行,减弱二水硫酸钙溶解速率。在两者的联合作用下,导致生成的硫酸钙晶须数量减少,且其长径比相对较小,形貌转变为颗粒状和板状等形貌。研究可实现废酸中和渣的综合利用,并提高工业副产品的附加值。Taking neutralized dregs of acid pickling solution in a rolling mill as raw material, hy-drothermal method was applied for the preparation of calcium sulfate whiskers. The influence mech-anism of iron sulfate on the morphology of calcium sulfate whiskers was studied by the analytical methods such as XRD, SEM and EDS. The results indicated that iron ion had an adverse effect on calcium sulfate whisker growth. When whiskers were prepared by hydrothermal method, Fe3+ could reduce the surface energy of the whiskers and limit the growth rate of crystal by adsorbing on the (111) crystal of calcium sulfate whiskers, mainly existed in the Fe ( OH) 3 form. In addition,S042 in the solution could produce the common - ion effect which inhibited dissolution reaction and weakened dissolution rate of dihydrate calcium sulfate. Under the combined effect of both Fe^3+ and SO4^2- , calcium sulfate whiskers presented characteristics that less quantity, relatively small ra-tio of the length to diameter and more granular and tabular morphology. The research achieved the comprehensive utilization of neutral dregs and improved the additional value of industrial by - product.
