摘  要:雄激素是类固醇激素,除了促进生殖器官发育外,还与生殖系统肿瘤的发生、发展密不可分。鹿茸作为唯一可以完全再生的哺乳动物器官,其发生和再生过程与雄激素的调控有关。雄激素不但是决定鹿茸发生与否的决定性因子,而且在鹿茸再生过程中,雄性激素还具有维持鹿茸形态正常生长作用。在生茸过程中鹿茸干细胞由雄性激素依赖性变成雄性激素非依赖性,此现象与前列腺癌发生机理类似。但是鹿茸的及时骨化防止了瘤状器官的产生,这为攻克前列腺癌提供了良好的思路。现将雄激素对鹿茸发生和再生的影响作简要综述。Androgen belongs to steroid hormone, it has close relationship with the occurrence and develop- ment of reproductive system tumor, except for accelerating the development of reproductive organs. Deer antler is the only known mammalian organ can be completely regenerated and the process of generation and regeneration are connected to regulation of androgen. Androgen not only serves as the decisive factor for antler development, it also plays a role in maintaining antler normal growth and morphogenesis during re- generation. Antler stem cell could be transformed from hormonal dependency to the hormonal independen- cy, and this phenomenon is similar to the mechanism of prostate cancer. However, the ossification of antler timely prevents occurrence of nodular organ, which provides a good way in curing prostate cancer. This article briefly reviewed the effects of androgen on the development and regeneration of antler growth.
