核交联胶束体系在止水带中的应用研究

摘  要:本文利用可逆加成-断裂链转移聚合方法合成具有异氰酸酯功能基团的嵌段共聚物[P(PEGMEMA)-P(TMI)-P(MMA)]参与制备止水带。探讨了亲水链段长度、反应温度对于交联胶束合成的影响,及增塑剂对于止水带延展性的影响。实验证明,反应温度在50℃时合成交联胶束,增塑剂选用邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,自制止水经检测吸水性能良好。A polymer water stop was developed using crosslinked micelles, which was composed of poly [ poly ( ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate ] - block - [ poly ( methyl methacrylate - 3 - isopropenyl - α, α - dimethylbenzyl isocyanate ) ] [ P (PEGMEMA) -b -P (MMA -TMI )], was synthesized via reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization. The self- assembled micelles were stabilized by the reaction of TMI with 1,8 -octandiamine forming stable core - shell particles, the effects of the length of the hydrophilic segment and the reaction temperature on the synthesis of crosslinked micelles were discussed, experiments showed that the reaction temperature on synthesis of crosslinked micelles at 50℃, with the plasticizer dibutyl phthalate,the miceUes have good water absorption.
