摘  要:采用农业副产品玉米芯吸附处理蓝色染料亚甲基蓝,在单一影响因素基础上,利用正交实验优化了吸附反应的最佳条件。在玉米芯粒径28~40目,溶液pH值=3,亚甲基蓝初始浓度100 mg·L^(-1),料液比为1.5g∶20 mL,吸附温度50℃,超声波搅拌20min时,玉米芯对亚甲基蓝去除率达99.137%。The blue methylene - blue dye was adsorbed by using the agricultural by - products such as corncob, the results of orthogonal optimization experiment based on single factor analysis show that the optimal adsorption conditions were as follows: The particle size of corncob was 28 - 40 mesh, the pH was 3, the initial concentration of methylene - blue was 100 mg ·L^-1, the ratio of solid -liquid was 1g: 20 mL, adsorption temperature was 60℃ ,the time of supersonic wave to stir was 30min, the removal rate of methylene - blue by corncob was up to 99. 137%.
