我国有色金属产业参与“一带一路”多边经济战略合作模式研究

摘　　要：有色金属产业是我国的战略性产业,也是我国重要的基础性原材料产业。"一带一路"战略的实施为有色金属产业发展和转型提供了新的机遇。本文基于波特钻石模型对我国有色金属产业的现状进行了分析,提出我国有色金属产业在"一带一路"战略中的合作模式,分析了合作中可能存在的风险和挑战,并提出了应对措施。通过参与"一带一路"多边经济战略合作,不仅有助于提高我国有色金属产业在国际竞争中的地位,而且也能带动"一带一路"沿线国家的经济发展和促进命运共同体的和谐繁荣。The non- ferrous metal industry is the strategic and important raw materials industry of China. The im- plementation of ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy brings new opportunities for development and transformation of the non-ferrous metal industry. Based on the Michael Porter Diamond Model the situation of our non-ferrous metal industry is analyzed. A cooperation mode of the non-ferrous metal industry in the ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy is proposed in this paper. An in-depth analysis is conducted for the risk and challenge in the cooperation are ana- lyzed and the corresponding counter measures are proposed. Through the participation in ＂The Belt and Road＂ multilateral economic cooperation, not only the international competitive position of the non-ferrous metal indus- try is improved, but also the economic developments of countries along ＂The Belt and Road＂ are drove, and the formation of community of common destiny is promoted.
