摘 要:随着经济的迅速发展和城市建设步伐的推进,接水需求越来越大,用户新装管理工作量和难度增大。为更好地监督接水申请、规划设计、施工组织等报装流程执行,提高工程流程监控工作效率,降低管理成本,需利用计算机信息技术对新装接水流程进行有效管控,做到实时跟踪,为监督考核提供依据,以提升整个报装业务的工作效率和质量。同时,结合GIS对新装工程地点的管理,可以直观的显示工程分布。主要介绍了管网GIS在新装系统中的作用,并对GIS系统的辅助决策作用进行了探讨。With the rapid development of the economy and ever accelerating pace of urban construction, water demand is growing and workload of user management is increasing. The purpose of supervising the implementation of water supply applications, pipe net- work planning, designing and project construction is to improve the management efficiency of water connection service and reduce the management cost. Using computer information technology to control the water connection service business process is supposed to pro- vide the basis for work assessment and supervision. At the same time, combined with GIS technology, we can display the project site distribution visually on the map. Application of GIS in water connection service is mainly introduced and the decision support function of GIS system is discussed.
