摘 要:文章旨在探究影响科研工作者的科技引文行为的因素及其内在作用机理,对提升科研工作管理效率和科技期刊建设水平具有积极意义。从基于个体层面(认知反应和情感反应)和基于群体层面(社会影响)的多维视角出发,通过整合"精细加工可能性模型"和"情感负荷理论"提出研究假设并构建理论模型。文章选取华中地区高校92个正在进行科学研究的科研团队为研究对象,采用情境实验结合问卷访谈的方式收集369份有效问卷并利用SmartPLS 2.0对模型进行检验。研究结果显示,感知文献内在质量促进科研工作者对文献的认知反应,感知文献外在声誉显著促进情感反应;认知反应和情感反应均正向促进引文意愿;感知领导意愿对认知反应、情感反应和引文行为均存在显著正向影响;学术共同体意识正向调节认知反应对引文意愿的影响程度。This article aims to explore the factors and its inner mechanism of college researchers' citation behavior, which is of positive significance to promote quality of scientific research management quality and upgrade academic influence of journals. From the multi-perspectives of cognitive response, affective response and social influence, this paper proposed research hypothesis and theoretical model by integrating the Elaboration Likelihood Model and the Affective Load Theory. In the empirical study, 92 research teams from central China universities were chosen as research samples. By using situational experiment and questionnaire interview, 369 valid questionnaires were collected. SmartPLS2.0 was applied to test hypotheses and model. The results show that, perceived intrinsic quality and external reputation of literatures significantly affects researchers' cognitive response and affective response respectively. Both cognitive response and affective response affect the citation intention significantly. The consciousness of academic community has positive effect on the citation intention and two kind responses. Perceived leadership will moderate the relationship between the cognitive response and citation intention.
