摘　　要：体育课程是完成大学教育任务的重要前提，也是大学生学习文化知识的主要载体。当前我国大力提倡素质教育，大学体育教育的重点也从培养学生体育技能转变为以素质教育为基础。因此，如何从目标、体系、过程等方面实现体育课程体系改革，以全新的教育形式来培养学生，是当前大学体育课程所面临的主要任务。Physical education curriculum is an important prerequisite to complete the task of college education, but also the main carrier of college students＇ learning culture knowledge. At present, our country advocates quality education, and the emphasis of college physical education has changed from the cultivation of students＇ sports skills to quality education. Therefore, how to achieve the reform of physical education curriculum system from the goal, system, process and so on, to train students with a new form of education, is the main task of the current college physical education curriculum.
