摘  要:为了解决煤与瓦斯突出煤层穿层钻孔施工和水力化措施期间的瓦斯喷孔问题,通过实验和分析研究了水对瓦斯煤流固耦合系统解吸和渗流的影响。煤体含水率增加后,瓦斯解吸的初速度下降,解吸量变小;煤层中注水后,煤体吸附瓦斯量减少,游离瓦斯量和煤的渗透率增加,瓦斯流动更容易,二者共同的影响减少了瓦斯喷孔发生概率。现场实验表明:先注后冲技术降低喷孔率39%,钻孔成孔率提高32%,冲泄煤量提高2.3倍,瓦斯抽出率平均提高10.4%。先注后冲技术与传统水力冲孔技术相比能明显抑制瓦斯喷孔、增加冲泄煤量、提高瓦斯抽出率,是一种安全可靠的煤层增透和预防瓦斯喷孔技术。In order to solve the problem of borehole gas blowout during the processes of crossing drilling construction and hydraulic measures in coal and gas outburst coal seam,the influence of water on gas desorption and seepage of gas and coal fluid-solid coupling system was studied by experiments and analysis. With the increase of the water content in coal,the initial velocity of gas desorption decreased,and the desorption amount decreased. After the water injection into coal seam,the amount of absorbed gas reduced,the amount of free gas and the permeability of coal increased,and the flow of gas was easier,so the probability of borehole gas blowout reduced under the combined effect. The field experiments showed that through the technology of water injection first and then hydraulic punching,the rate of borehole gas blowout reduced by 39%,the rate of borehole forming increased by 32%,the amount of coal sluicing from coal seam increased by 2. 3 times,and the gas extraction rate increased by 10. 4% on the average. Compared with the traditional hydraulic punching technologies,the technology of water injection first and then hydraulic punching can inhibit the borehole gas blowout,increase the amount of coal sluicing from coal seam and improve the gas extraction rate obviously,so it is a safe and reliable technology to improve the permeability of coal seam and prevent the borehole gas blowout.
