摘  要:通过对宁夏荒漠草原4种典型植物群落0~10、10~20、20~30 cm厚土层微生物数量及土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶4种土壤酶活性特性进行研究,揭示了围封对荒漠草原不同植物群落三大微生物菌群及土壤酶活性特征的影响。结果表明:围栏内外,4种植物群落土壤中均以放线菌占优势,其次是细菌,真菌最少。土壤微生物总数在土壤表层显著高于深层,而不同群落类型的同一土层各土壤微生物数量差异显著(P<0.05),蒙古冰草群落围栏内外土壤微生物数量最多、白草群落次之、苦豆子群落最少,且4种不同植物群落围栏内土壤微生物总数均高于围栏外。同一群落类型不同土层4种酶活性在围栏内外表现不同。围封影响了不同群落类型土壤微生物数量与土壤酶活性之间的关系,围封对针茅群落影响最大,对苦豆子群落影响最小。Study on soil microbial quantity and soil catalase, urease, alkaline phosphatase of soil enzyme activity characteristics on 4 typical plant communities in Ningxia desert in 0- 10 cm, 10- 20 cm, 20 - 30 cm were studied. The effects of enclosure on 3 soil microbial communities and soil enzyme activities of different plant communities in desert steppe were revealed. Results showed that inside and outside the fence, the 4 plant communities in the soil were dominated by actinomycetes, followed by bacteria and fungi. The total number of soil microorganisms in the soil surface was significantly higher than that of the deep. The quantity of microorganisms in the soil at the same soil layer in different communities had significant difference (P〈0.05), and microbial number in Mongolia icegrass community were the largest, followed by white grass communities and Sophora community. The 4 plant communities in the soil microbial population were higher than that of the fence outside. The soil enzyme activities of 4 kinds of soil enzyme activities were different in different grassland types, and 4 kinds of enzyme activities in different soil layers differed in different soil layers. Enclosing affected the relationship between different types of grassland soil microorganism and soil enzyme activity. Its impact on grassland community was higher than that of sophora alopecuroide grassland.
