多层螺旋CT在肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤的MSCT特征性表现,提高其MSCT诊断的正确率及诊断水平。方法收集濮阳市中医院2012年至2015年12例经手术证实的肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤的病例,回顾性分析其MSCT表现特点。结果 12例肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤中肿块形态多呈圆形或类圆形,边界较清楚。其中9例以脂肪组织为主,3例含少许脂肪组织,2例有钙化。CT增强检查可见肿瘤实性部分、分隔及包膜轻度强化,脂肪组织无强化。结论 MSCT对于肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断有很大的诊断价值。Objective To study characteristic expression of adrenal medullary lipoma （AML） in the MSCTand improve diagnostic accuracy and diagnostic level of AML of the MSCT. Methods 12 cases of adrenal medullary !i- poma were confirmed by surgical in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Puyang form 2012 to 2015, and AML＇ s expression characteristics in the MSCT were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 12 cases of ad- renal medullary lipoma, most of the lumps shape indicated round or class round, and the boundary was clear. Off them 9 cases had the majority of adipose tissue, 3 cases with a little adipose tissue, 2 cases had calcification. The CT enhanced examination showed that the solid tumor component and septa and involucrum were mild enhancement, and the adipose tissue was no enhancement. Conclusion The MSCT has great diagnostic value in the diagnosis and antidiastole of adrenal medullary lipoma.
