损伤控制性手术在复杂pilon骨折治疗中应用的护理

摘　　要：目的评估损伤控制性手术在复杂pilon骨折(胫骨远端涉及关节面的骨折)治疗中应用的护理体会。方法回顾性分析保定市第一中心医院骨三科2011年3月至2015年3月应用损伤控制性手术治疗的56例复杂pilon骨折的护理资料。结果 56例患者平均住院(14±16)d,所有患者未发生感染、皮肤坏死并发症,所有患者均顺利康复出院,随访4~6个月,所有患者功能恢复良好。结论对于复杂pilon骨折患者施行分阶段护理能使患者得到顺利康复,分阶段护理治疗此类患者疗效显著。Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing care applying to complex pilon fracture patients treated with damage control operation, nothods Fifty six patients underwent with damage control orthopeadics （two stages）. Data were collected from march 2011 to march 2015. Results The average postoperative hospitalization time was fourteen （14±1.6）d. No complication happened, such as infection, skin necrosis, all patients were discharged successfully and the functions were satisfactory through follow up for 4 to 6 months. Conclusion Two stages nursing care applying to complex pilon fracture can be successful coverage, which is quite effective in treating these patients.
