摘  要:目的:了解某普通医学院校护理学院现存问题,并评价创建学习型护理院校的效果。方法:主要采用行动研究法,并结合使用半结构式访谈法、文献研究、专家会议等方法,在某护理学院通过确认问题、制定方案、行动创建、总结评价四个阶段创建学习型组织。结果:创建学习型护理院校一年半后,学院建立了组织共同愿景,完善了各项管理制度,教师心智模式逐渐改善,并实现了在各个方面不同程度的超越。结论:创建学习型护理学院有助于提高教师业务素质,有助于完善管理水平,明显提高团队凝聚力,是当前提高学院及教师学习力、竞争力、创新力等的有效途径。Objective To understand some existing problems among a common nursing college in our country, and evaluate the effect of constructing a learning-oriented nursing college on the basis of learning organization theory. Methods With the method of action research and Semistructnredinterview, literature research, expert conference, we construct a learning nursing college. The process includes identifying problems, making plan, action and evaluation. Results The items' scores of learningnursing college were significantly improved after one year and a half of the learning organization construction. Moreover,we set up the shared vision of our college, improved our management system, and also the mental model of faculty in our nursing college gradually improved . Then, members achieve their self-transcendence in all aspects. Conclusion The construction of learning nursing college is helpful to improve teachers' professional quality, perfect the management, and increase team cohesion. So, it is one kind of effective ways to enhance teachers' learning ability, competitiveness and innovation ability in current.
