摘　　要：中央把全面从严治党纳入"四个全面"战略布局,预示着全面从严治党永远在路上,并成为一种新常态。只有立足这个新常态,深刻认识高校纪检监察工作面临的挑战及存在的突出问题,调整纪检监察工作思路,紧抓严肃党内政治生活这个根本,扎紧制度笼子,强化党内监督,把好选人用人关,进而抓住全面从严治党主动权,开创高校纪检监察工作新局面,确保高校各项改革和发展事业顺利进行。The government puts comprehensively strengthen Party discipline into ＂Four comprehensives＂ strategic blueprint,which indicates that comprehensively strengthening Party discipline is always on the road and it becomes a new normal. In order to make sure the reform and development proceeds smoothly,we must base on the new normal,have a deep understanding of challenges and problems, adjust our working thoughts, regulate internal political activities strictly, tighten the cage of system, strengthen intra-Party supervision, choose the right person, seize the initiative to comprehensively strengthen Party discipline and create the new situation.
