新信息环境下我国专家型新闻传播人才的培养模式探讨

摘　　要：本文从信息环境的最新发展(信息爆炸、信息超载、信息疲惫)出发,指出人们正在呼唤新的信息秩序出现。这一秩序将是Web1.0"有序"和Web2.0的"多样"的结合。在创造这一新信息秩序的过程中,具有宽厚的学识基础、独立的思考能力、熟练的理论应用水平、精深外语(英语)能力,学有专长而又一专多能的专家型新闻传播人才将成为稀缺品。文章以哥伦比亚大学新闻学院文学硕士项目为例,探讨了新时期我国专家型新闻传播人才培养的必要性和可能模式。In the backdrop of a new information age that features information explosion, overload and fatigue, people calls of a new information order, which needs to maintain a balance between the information orderliness of the Web1.0 and the information diversity of the Web2.0. In this information new order, journalism and communication talents with expertise in a specific area, but also with strong theoretical ability, broad knowledge, multiple skills, critical thinking and good command of foreign languages will be in much demand. This paper, taking the Columbia Journalism School as a case studies, explores how this new educational model of journalism and communication talents is possible in China.
