国产和进口试剂检测非甲状腺疾病住院患者血清甲状腺激素结果分析

摘　　要：目的使用国产和进口试剂测定非甲状腺疾病住院患者血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_3)、游离甲状腺素(FT_4)和促甲状腺激素(TSH),探讨该类患者2种试剂检测结果的一致性和典型表现。方法 172例非甲状腺疾病住院患者作为疾病组,120例门诊健康体检人员作为正常对照组,使用国产的安图磁微粒化学发光法试剂和进口的罗氏电化学发光法试剂检测相应样本,进行统计分析。结果疾病组使用国产、进口2种试剂检测,FT_3异常降低率分别为24.4%、20.9%;FT_4异常升高率分别为18.0%、16.9%;TSH异常降低率分别为5.2%、4.1%,异常升高率分别为11.6%、14.5%;2种试剂之间异常发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2种试剂检测均表现为疾病组均值相对正常对照组:FT_3偏低、FT_4偏高、TSH偏高。结论非甲状腺疾病住院患者FT_3、FT_4、TSH异常发生率较高,国产的安图试剂和进口的罗氏试剂检测结果一致。Objective To detect free thyroxine（ FT3 ）, free thyroxine（ FT4 ） and thyroid stimulating hormone（TSH） in hospitalized patients with non thyroid diseases with domestic and imported reagents, so as to explore the consistency and typical performance of the 2 reagents. Methods 172 hospitalized patients with non thyroidal illness and 120 outpatients were chosen as patient group and normal control group, samples were measured with domestic Autobio CMIA kits and import Roche ECLIA kits for statistical analysis. Results Respectively with Autobio kits and Roche kits, decrease rates of FF3 were 24.4% and 20.9% , and the increase rates of FT4 were 18.0% and 16.9% ; decrease rates of TSH were 5.2% and 4.1% , and increase rates of TSH were 11.6% and 14.5%. There was no statistical significance on the differences in abnormal incidence rates of FT3 , FT4 and TSH between Autobio kits and Roche kits（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The detection results with Autobio kits or Roche kits showed that FT3 levels were lower, FF4 levels were higher, TSH levels were higher in patients group, compared with the control group. Conclusion Abnormal incidence rates of serum FT3 , FT4 and TSH in non thyroidal illness hospitalized patients are higher, and there is good concordance on the detection resuhs between Autobio kits and Roche kits.
