摘　　要：大水金矿床是一种特殊的矿床类型,是多种地质作用的复合结果。大水金矿成矿事件是西秦岭陆内造山碰撞过程中流体、岩浆和成矿作用高度统一的产物,表生作用使成矿元素进一步富集成矿,岩浆事件是成矿的先导,空间上矿床与岩体相伴而生的客观现象,是寻找大水式金矿床的重要标志。Dashni gold deposit is a special kind of deposit, and is a composite result of various geological processes. Dashui gold deposit is the west Qinling metallogenic events intracontinental orogenic collision in the process of fluid, the product of magma and mineralization is highly unified, supergene action make further enrichment of ore-forming elements, Magma was the forerunner of metallogenic events, the objective phenomenon of the co-existence of deposit and rock mass in pace, is an important symbol of looking for this type of ore deposit as Dashui gold deposit.
