米索前列醇口服用于宫腔镜术前软化宫颈的药效观察

摘　　要：目的探索米索前列醇口服对于宫颈软化的效果,为临床治疗提供最佳给药途径。方法选取2015年3月~2016年3月我院妇科收治的90例择期行宫腔镜手术的患者,根据自愿选择给药途径分为对照组和观察组,观察组口服给予米索前列醇,剂量为400μg;对照组于术前12 h放置海藻棒。观察并比较两组患者宫颈软化效果和药物不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的宫颈软化效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的手术镇痛效果及手术时间均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组患者不良反应改善时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇口服给药的宫颈软化效果良好,同时也存在一些药物的不良反应。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of oral administration of misoprostol on cervical softening, to provide the best route of administration for clinical treatment. METHODS A total of 90 patients undergoing elective hysteroscopy surgery from March 2015 to March 2016 in the department of gynaecology of our hospital were selected. According to the voluntary choice method,patients divided into control group and observation group, the observation group received oral misoprostol at a dose of 400 mg; The control group in preoperative place seaweed rods 12 h. To observe and compare the two groups of patients with cervical softening effect and adverse drug reactions. RESULTS The observation group cervix softening effect was obviously better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; Observation group of patients with surgery analgesia effect and operation time were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）, while the improve time of patients in the observation group with adverse reactions was significantly shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Misoprostol oral administration of cervix softening effect is good,but also there are some adverse drug reactions.
