摘　　要：目的 探讨皮瓣转移修复颅骨修补术后钛网外露的外科治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析14例采用皮瓣转移修复颅骨修补术后钛网外露患者的临床资料.结果 2例钛网外露面积较小者,及时清创缝合后创面愈合;8例钛网外露面积较大者,采用负压封闭引流（VSD）技术结合局部皮瓣治疗后,7例愈合,1例皮瓣远端出现表浅坏死,经换药愈合;4例钛网外露面积大者,2例采用VSD结合S形皮瓣转移进行治疗,2例采用VSD结合AVT转移皮瓣进行治疗,其中2例修补失败,2例创面愈合.所有患者随访8~24个月,效果满意.结论 皮瓣转移可以作为颅骨修补术后钛网外露的补救措施.Objective To explore the treatment effect of flap transfer for repairing scalp defect with titanium mesh exposure after cranioplasty. Methods Fourteen cases of scalp defect with titanium mesh exposure were treated by flap transfer. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Two cases of titanium mesh exposed area smaller, wound healing after timely debridement suture. Eight cases with titanium mesh exposed area larger, adopting the vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） combined and local skin flap, of which 7 cases cured, 1 case with distal flap appear superficial necrosis by switching to heal. Four cases of titanium mesh exposed area big, 2 patients with VSD combined with SV shaped skin flap transfer treatment, 2 cases with VSD combined with A- T transfer skin flap for treatment, 2 cases of them were cured. All patients were followed up for 8 to 24 months, the treatment effect was satisfactory. Conclusions It is an effective remedial measures for repairing scalp defect with titanium mesh exposure after cranioplasty by flap transfer.
