摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备了Ru/ZrO2 ·xH2 O催化剂 ,并利用XRD、TEM等表征手段对催化剂的结构和物理化学性质进行了表征 ;重点研究了催化剂还原处理过程对苯选择加氢反应的影响 ,同时探讨了无机添加剂ZnSO4·7H2 O、反应温度、搅拌速度等反应条件对加氢反应的影响 .研究结果表明在催化剂还原处理时加入 4 .0 gZnSO4·7H2 O和在反应温度 14 5℃、搅拌速度 80 0r/min以上时选择性加氢效果最佳 ,环己烯的最高得率可达 36 .7% .A novel benzene selective hydrogenation catalyst, Ru/ZrO 2· x H 2O, was prepared by a coprecipitation method. The structure and physico chemical properties of the catalyst were characterized by TEM and XRD,The influence of reduction treatment process of the catalyst to benzene selective hydrogenation was studied in detail. The influence of inorganic additive ZnSO 4·7H 2O, reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, stir speed etc. to the reaction of hydrogenation was also explored. It is found that the existence of ZnSO 4·7H 2O during the reduction treatment and at reaction temperature 145 ℃ with stir speed bigger than 800 r/min, the selective hydrogenation result was the best. The best gain of cyclohexene may reach 36.7%.
