摘　　要：在对比主动配电系统与被动配电系统的特征和定义的基础上,分析传统配电系统、数字配电系统和主动配电系统之间在能量流、信息流、业务流方面的不同。给出主动配电系统与被动配电系统在规划、控制、管理、服务、响应、参与等方面的技术差异。The analysis of differences among traditional, digital and active distribution systems in energy flow, intbrmation flow and business flow is made based on the comparison of characteristics and definitions of active and passive distribution systems. Meanwhile, the technical differences between active and passive distribution systems in planning, control, management, service, response and participation are given
