摘  要:[目的]制备40%吡唑醚菌酯·甲基硫菌灵悬浮剂。[方法]通过筛选优化法得到40%吡唑醚菌酯·甲基硫菌灵悬浮剂的增效配方。[结果]甲基硫菌灵30%,吡唑醚菌酯10%,TRSS 2.0%,SP-SC3 2.0%,YUS-FS7PG 2.0%,T801.0%,增效剂KL 3.0%,乙二醇4.0%,黄原胶0.12%,硅酸镁铝1.3%,柠檬酸0.2%,有机硅消泡剂7050 0.3%,水补足至100%。[结论]该悬浮剂在p H值5.0~7.0条件下热贮和冷贮14 d无析晶、析水及结块等现象,产品各项指标符合悬浮剂的要求;在一定范围内,随着粒径的减小和有效成分浓度的增加,药液表面张力的降低和沉积量的增加会得到明显改善。[Aims] The formula ofthiophanate-methyl·pyraclostrobin 40% SC was prepared. [Methods] The synergistic formula ofthiophanate-methyl·pyraclostrobin 40% SC was obtained by screening optimization method. [Results] The composition consisted ofthiophanate-methyl 30%, pyraclostrobin 10%, TRSS 2.0%, SP-SC3 2.0%, YUS-FS7PG 2.0%, T80 1.0%, synergistic agent KL 3.0%, ethanediol 4.0%, xanthan gum 0.12%, magnesium aluminium silicate 1.3%, citric acid 0.2%, organicsilicon defoamer 7050 0.3%, distilled water up to 100%. [Conclusions] At the pH value of 5.0-7.0, the formula had been stored at (54± 2) ℃ for 14 days, there were no decomposition, precipitation and crystallization, which conformed to the requirements for the formula. In a certain range, with the decrease of particle size and the increase of active ingredient concentration, the decrease of the surface tension and the increase of deposition amount of the liquid medicine can be remarkably improved.
